YES.
For our normal designs, double sample fee of wholesale price, the additional sample fee will be refunded or reduced when bulk order /confirm/ied.

For customized designs, sample cost will be quoted seperately.
The delivery shipping cost is paid by customers.
Q2. What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
Normally MOQ is 50pcs/design.
If there's stock, then no MOQ. 
We will provide professional advise for quantity to make the unit delivery cost low.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
Normally, the delivery time is around 2-4 weeks. 
The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of the orders.
Q4. What is the shippig port?
